  <h2>How long does it take for my order to ship?<h2>

<p>Please allow 10 business days after payment has cleared for your order to be shipped. For bulk or larger orders, please allow 3 weeks for your order to be shipped. 
  We ship USPS for both Domestic and International orders.</p>
  <p>International shipping is usually sent out on weekends unless otherwise stated or requested. Please <a href="/contact">contact us</a> if you need something rushed to make arrangements. 
  In an effort to keep our shipping pricing as low as possible, our pricing only includes a tracking number to check the status of the package, it does not necessarily confirm delivery as stated by USPS. If you'd like to purchase additional services such as Delivery and/or Signature Confirmation please convo us prior to purchase. 
  Once the package is out of our hands, we are not responsible for loss. The Signature Confirmation service is available upon request with your order. Please contact us prior to placing your order so your shipping can be adjusted. Please note that while Signature Confirmation serves as added protection, it is a precautionary action and we do not assume responsibility for the USPS or any loss of packages once they leave our hands.</p>
  
  <h2>Do you accept international orders?</h2>
  <p>We certainly do! We're very happy to be able to offer international shipping through the United States Postal Service to offer the lowest rates possible for international shipping. Please note that Honizukle Press not responsible for any customs fees or duties incurred on international shipments as these are the responsibility of the purchaser. 
  Please check with your local customs office about rules and regulations that may apply to you.</p>
  
  <h2>Do you charge sales tax?</h2>
  <p>We are not required to charge sales tax outside of the state of New Jersey. For all purchases made in the state of New Jersey a 7% sales tax will apply.</p>
  
  <h2>What forms of payment do you accept?</h2>
  <p>Orders on our site are processed via PayPal and can accept payment directly from your own PayPal account or payment with a credit card.
  Because most of our products are made to order, we will not start working on an order until payment has cleared.
  We also reserve the right to cancel an order if payment has not cleared within 7 days.</p>
    
  <h2>Is my transaction secure?</h2>
  <p>All orders on our site are processed via PayPal. PayPal automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to theirs using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available). Before you even register or log in to the PayPal site, our server checks that you're using an approved browser - one that uses SSL 3.0 or higher.
  Once your information reaches the PayPal site, it resides on a server that is heavily guarded both physically and electronically. PayPal servers sit behind an electronic firewall and are not directly connected to the internet, so your private information is available only to authorized computers.
  <br><br>It's safe to say, your information is quite safe with them.</p>

  <h2>What is your return and refund policy?</h2>
  <p>We offer full refunds on items that are NOT of a personalized nature and return to us in good condition. Please send your item back and we will issue a full refund less return shipping. If the item is damaged, we will issue a 50% refund to cover loss.
  Personalized items are made to order and because of their customized nature all personalized sales are final.</p>
  <p>Deposits for custom work are non-refundable and are used as a kill fee in the event of project termination.</p> 
  
  <h2>Are you environmentally friendly?</h2>
  <p>We are indeed!
  Everything in our shop is made completely by hand and on an antique press that does not require any kind of power to keep it running, just lots of love and attention.<br>
  <br>In addition, the paper we print on is made of 100% cotton and is tree-free! All of our paper scraps are either recycled or reused for test runs, other projects or even packaging.</p>
  
  <h2>Do you offer gift wrapping?</h2>
  <p>At this time we do not but we're working on it.</p>
  
  <h2>Can I find your products locally?</h2>
  <p>We're working on getting our products into many local shops and as soon as that happens, you'll be the first to know!</p>
    
  <h2>What is Color of the Week?</h2>
  <p>It's very simple. Color of the Week is a special color selected every week that will get you what you want, for less!<br>
  <br>Yep! You read that correctly. Every week a color will be selected that will get you 10% off your personalized orders if they are ordered with the color of that particular week. So if you've had your eye on a set of notecards for yourself and want an extra little discount, stay tuned each week for your color and get 10% off when you order them. Or take the opportunity to save a little and try a color you might not have tried before. 
      It's that simple and so much fun.<br>
  <br>So make sure you check back every week to see if your color is the Color of the Week or get out of your comfort zone and go with something you haven't tried before. Either way, you'll earn yourself an extra discount for a much deserved indulgence.<br>
<br>Color of the Week works with personalized and one color notecard sets. So check the home page every week to see which color has been selected and when you're ready to order, just enter the color name given in the Color of the Week box as the coupon code upon checkout.<br>

  <h2>TURN AROUND TIME</h2>
  <p>We are making your piece with lots of care and attention, because of this it takes some time to process an order. 
    As most of our items are made to order and are usually personalized in some way, our normal processing time is 10 business days and up to 3 weeks during the holidays.
    For custom illustrations or special requests we will make sure we give you an estimate of the length of your project. </p>

  <h2>PROMOTIONS</h2>
  <p>Promotions are valid only throughout the specified period. Not valid with other promotions that may be going on at the same time. 
    Discounts applied may only be used once per customer per visit. All Gift Certificates in conjunction with any promotion expire within the time frame printed on the certificate and may only be used once per visit per customer.</p>

  <p>Most of our items are customized, so please double check spelling and grammar for any errors. 
    We print EXACTLY what you write and cannot take responsibility for any error in spelling or grammar.</p>
